• Please be courteous and respectful to all individuals while you are in this facility.
• Only water is allowed inside the turf, kindly do not bring eatables and juices inside the turf play area, No outside food and beverages are allowed in the Play Area and Locker Room.
• No littering. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the bins provided.
• Spark Turf may not be used by people under the influence of intoxicating substances. Use of chewing gum, liquor, vapes, cigarettes, drugs, or any other intoxicant is forbidden inside the facility. If a person/team is intoxicated (drunk), they are not allowed inside our facility.
• No vulgar or abusive language is allowed in our facility, any form of fighting will result in immediate ejection from the facility (May even be permanently banned).
• The turf is in a residential area. Our neighbours support us tremendously, so kindly support us by not making much noise. We will not be able to accommodate teams which make too much of noise. 
• The Team should arrive at-least 10 minutes before the start of their sessions. It is best to plan your travel accordingly, as you may get delayed because of traffic. Start your play at the right time and Players must always stay within their booked area. We will not offer extra time for your late arrival, so kindly plan your reservation and travel accordingly.
• The time starts when the team enters the play area, it ends when all the players are out of the turf.
• No batting practice allowed. The turf can be used only by reservation, no free play or any warmup times allowed.
• Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Adults are solely responsible for the kid’s actions on the turf.
• Players and Guests participate at your own risk, We at Spark Turf is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses. Take care of your belongings and play safe.
  
• When a team of players reserve the turf for play/practice, it means all the team members accept all the above terms and conditions.
• Violation of any of these rules may result in the loss of turf privileges, or removal from the facility.
• Guests/Visitors are not allowed to hang, hold, or rest on the nets.
• Players could collect the necessary playing kits from our office room and the kits should be promptly returned. Any damage to the kits and the property is not tolerated and will incur extra charges.
• At the time of collecting the kits, kindly check the condition of the items on the kit. If you found any Broken or damaged items in the kit, report to the staff immediately to get a replacement.
• Any person who damages or destroys the property of “Spark Turf” shall be held responsible and liable for the repair and replacement of such property at his or her own expense.
• Users are expected to observe decency, must follow instructions and orders given by staff concerning order and safety. anyone who does not observe the Rules and Regulations, abuses equipment or shows disrespect to other players and staff or are in violation of the code of conduct of Spark Turf will be removed from the facility. They may even face a permanent ban.
• At Spark Turf, we provide proper locker rooms for the players. Individuals may use facilities at their own risk and are responsible for the storage of clothing and other property at facilities.
  
• Take care of your belongings, Spark Turf Sports staff are not responsible for any happenings. Any found items should be turned over to staff.
• Facilities may be closed entirely or partly because of maintenance work, weather conditions or special occasions.
• In case of emergency please call the staff on duty.
• Every Player has to Check-in/Check-out at the counter. Spectators and any other unauthorized persons are not allowed inside the Play area.

Locker Room Rules

• Food, Beverages, and glass items are prohibited in the locker room.
• Kindly bring your own towels, soap, and shampoo. Dry off in the shower area before returning to the locker room. Please clean up any spills on the floor immediately.
• Kindly help us to keep the Locker room neat and tidy by throwing all the garbage/waste in the garbage bins.
• Spark Turf Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
• At the counter, Lockers can be availed by paying a refundable deposit amount.
• Lock all valuables in the assigned lockers, after finishing your session, kindly submit the locker keys to the staff and get your deposit back. (NOTE: Failure to turn in your lock will result in a fine.)
